    Hello as I'm sure you are all aware about the current worldwide pandemic of Covid-19, this means delivery times will be longer than usual as postal services are under extreme pressures and delays, particularly for international orders. If you are ordering for Christmas please do so by the dates above as i can't guarantee they will arrive after these, also please consider upgrading to the tracked service for more peace of mind and information, if you choose standard shipping this will not come with a tracking number and is likely to take a little longer.     SHIPPING 

    All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class large letter & any orders over the value of £50 will be upgraded to recorded delivery. 

    I ship internationally from the UK via standard airmail, i charge a flat rate of £5 for the rest of the world. Please note tracking information isn't available with standard airmail, if you'd like tracking information please upgrade to this service, all orders over £60 will automatically be upgraded and will include tracking information 

    Depending on your location items can sometimes take up to 2-4 to arrive but generally is around 2 weeks

    I aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days

     

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    A request for a return must be made within 14 working days of receiving an order or once the first attempt at delivery has been made. Authorised returns must be received within 14 days to remain valid for a refund.

     

    

To be eligible for a return, the item{s} must be unused and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet this criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be declined.

     

    

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to return items via a recorded delivery method; lost returns cannot be refunded.

     

     HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM 

     To request a return you must first contact the us before attempting to return an order. Any items returned without contacting the shop first may be exempt from receiving a refund.
