DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes we ship to every country and charge a flat rate for however much you purchase

SHIPPING 

Standard UK shipping is a flat rate of £2 sent via Royal Mail 1st class, all orders over £50 will be upgraded to recorded delivery
International orders are shipped via Standard Airmail and is a flat rate of £4 // Europe & £5 // Worldwide, these options don't include tracking information 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING/DELIVERY TAKE?

For UK orders, please allow 3-4 working days 

For international orders please allow 7-28 working days

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

International orders may be subject to custom taxes, local duties, and handling charges, and are the responsibility of the customer.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We want you to really love your purchase so if you decide you no longer want to keep your order, we offer a 28-day hassle free returns policy. For more information and instructions on how to make a return, please visit the returns page.

GIFT WRAPPING 

All our jewellery is presented in a lovely branded gift box. Sending directly to the lucky recipient? then please let us know so we can include a personalised message.
We won't include any prices inside your gift order, but please note if you are sending to any country outside of the E.U by law we have to declare the price on the outside of the package.

WILL MY ORDER CONTAIN A PRINTED INVOICE

We believe in creating as little waste as possible, so as standard we don't include a printed receipt / invoice unless you ask for one, then of course we are happy to accommodate.
